Requirements:

Associate, Programming (Productions / Acquisitions)

Responsibilities

• Will be an intrinsic part of the channel content team, responsible for the ideation, planning, production and final telecast of the channel’s locally produced television programs
• Capable of taking up challenges and working well with the channel and the Content development teams to achieve desired launches & results
• The incumbent will also need to liaise with the marketing & promo departments to ensure transparent communication flow for all the content on the channel

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent

The Job:

• Scheduling the all the music programme, promo and commercial spots for daily transmission
• Monitor and maintain channel branding and positioning
• Attend to channel operations matters
• Manage an up to date music library
• Liase with content suppliers
• Provide feedback to Channel Manager and Head Of Department (creation of daily logs and reports)
• Regular viewing of the tv channel to monitor on-air output for accuracy of scheduled content
• Knowing the materials being scheduled and the content of the channel
• Assigned to back-up other members of the department during their absence, and other specified duties

The Person:

• Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media or equivalent
