You know that he expecting you to just "obey" and follow his commands to fill his ego. 

You know that he doesn't care about your opinions, qualification, experience or capability. 

You know that you are treated as just a "tool" to perform the necessary tasks. 

You know that he won't hesitate to throw you under the bus whenever things happen.

In fact, he is constantly nitpicking every little things you do and see what he can put a blame on you. 

You know that he doesn't want to do the "dirty works" but expecting you to willingly do those and doesn't bother that how those might affect your reputation. 

You know that the company has "monarchies" that are almost impossible to break or change.

虽然，薪水不错，上班时间相对没那么严谨，工作稳定轻松，公司收入和金流稳定所以不会逼你追盈利，福利也不太吝啬，管理层不搞意识形态那一套也不咄咄逼人，同事友好善良。

But... what can I do? 所有的好都抵不过一个不好的上司。

加上公司太远，travel一趟要一个小时，每天来回两小时。一周五天，一天要花大约12小时在工作上，这不是我想要的生活。。。

加上我其实不buy我正在给training的课程，觉得有点无聊和没意义... 

加上我不觉得在这里我有学习和进步的空间...
